Description
This program offering serves to create a consortium of Houston area organizations interested in improving their competitiveness though the use of quality improvement methods such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and etc. that meet periodically to discuss common areas of interest.
This program is structured as a breakfast meeting with guest speakers ranging between project leaders from industry to book authors and academicians. The areas of interest these meetings focus on include share success stories and best practices to encourage cross-learning across companies and industries.
Duration
We are also currently in the planning stages for a monthly breakfast meeting (UHQPIC) to discuss and coordinate informational sessions related to continuous improvement among organizations in the Texas Gulf Coast region.
