Course Description
This course provides training on “What is Six Sigma!” Come and learn the basic concepts of the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology. Specifically, this course will teach you how to “Define Your Problem”, “Understand Your Process,” and “Diagnosis Your Problem” using hands-on learning exercises that those from all industries can relate to. Additionally, this training will highlight key terminology and fundamental quality improvement methods used in the Six Sigma approach.
