Description

This program offering provides experts that can come on-site and assist with your organization’s Six Sigma projects. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Project planning: Consultation regarding Six Sigma project selection. This process involves identifying strategic business goals and objectives and determining the areas of greatest need within your organization (i.e. “burning bridges/platforms” or “pain points”). This type of offering is especially useful for organizations just beginning to implement a Six Sigma program and in advance of training courses.
  • Project problem solving: Assistance with roadblocks or hurdles faced in completing a Six Sigma project at any level. This type of support is especially useful for organizations just beginning to implement a Six Sigma program in which representatives of the UH-Six Sigma Program can play the role of champion and provide guidance for your projects. This offering is also helpful following training courses in situations where you face problems that require advance solutions above what you were trained to address.

Fees
