Target AudienceThose responsible for leading large quality improvement projects and working with others (such as Green Belts) to accomplish such projects.
Course DescriptionThis course provides rigorous and comprehensive training on how to implement the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology within your organization. Lecture topics include all Six Sigma problem-solving and statistical tools, which are reinforced through hands-on learning exercises. Further, this course discusses team building skills and project management/leadership methods. As part of the training course, participants are required to complete a quality improvement project (concerning an issue chosen by your company).Topics CoveredTopics covered include the following.

Course Fee: $9995 for single registrations ($500 discount per person for each additional registration from the same organization)
Delivery Options
CertificationA certificate will be awarded to each participant who completes the training and passes the test given on the last day of the course. Full certification requires the completion of a project which takes place in your company. After the completion of your project, a project review can be scheduled in which Six Sigma Program instructors travel to your location to validate your work (additional fees apply for the project review).
